Ms. Pat Forst, President of Forst Commercial Real Estate has been active in the commercial real estate field since 1980. Her office has been located on The Alameda from 1997.  She is well known for her ability to manage and execute even the most difficult transactions, and she has earned the reputation of completing the job to the great satisfaction of her clients. All of her business comes from referrals and repeat clients. She is well known for her tenacious dedication and sense of humor.

In 1987 she broke away from the large commercial real estate offices to become an independent broker, one of the frist in Silicon Valley. By not limiting herself to specialization in any one field, she is able to offer her expertise in sales and leasing in office, industrial, land, commercial, retail, and fee basis projcts. She is very active in the community, member of the Alameda Business Association, and member of the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce, Business Referral Network, and San Jose Downtown Association.
